Solar Mods with arc weapon?

Question. Haven't played d2 in a bit and looking at a pvp comp build that runs two strand and on arc weapon but says to run solar surge. Is that right? running arc sub warlock

Surges don't even prock in pvp effectively

Whoever posted that build is dumb as sh|t. SOLAR surge only works on SOLAR weapons.
