Missing 1 bone of hefund

Missing 1 bone but checked the whole Warlords Ruins dungeon but didnt find any bones missing
The triumph section shows me I'm missing the last bone

Is this some kind of bug?

if its the very bottom one i pretty sure its right next to the chest at the end

There's a bone next to the final chest when you kill Hefnd.

theres also one jsut before you go outside after 2nd encounter that people miss
