I am trying to do more raids, but I am not for sure what to bring for terms of DPS (Linear or Rockets or Snipers is what I mean)

I have Tractor cannon which I heard is good for witch in crota and in crota's boss fight

Tractor is not a dps exotic but is needed in most dps

tractor is a good debuff weapon to support your team, but unless you bring a decent dps special its not that great to use it

It makes things you shoot with it take more dmg

Tether is a wasted super and is not long enough to benefit

most fights use rockets for dps, and some select few use other stuff (whisper for oryx or sth)

Solars so strong on hunter rn putting them on void is just another debuff on the team

true, i wouldnt recommend using tether either, but i cant see it being worse than tractor guy just sitting by when dps

for new raiders I definitely recommend keeping tractor on you

But don't build around it

Bring a rocket a couple of special weapons of each slot

lw isnt a very good bar to set, that raid has been incredibly powercrept dps wise

The issue with dragons breath is 90% of its dmg is from ignitions which means its not doing good dmg if someone on your team is running things like

Wait a blue rocket launcher really? I remember using a green gl in a raid before so it is nothing new I just find it different

Yea no machine guns are awful for ad clear

There ammo economy renders them useless

Your best off with just running a special weapon

I thought Commemoration was good with certain rolls

commemoration is occasionally used in gms and master raids

The ones who use it in gms are not usually very good at gms

And in master raids they can have a use

its good, but you will find yourself using your primary and special more than it in most cases
