@safe panther @latent wraith Bungie sided problem, they've stated they're aware of it and are working on a fix.
You can make a post on the help forums letting others know its not a personal problem but other than that its just waiting for a fix

ok guys it works again for me. My Problem was that my Personal Data on Bungie was "buged" so i was not allowed to use the Text Chat. I made a Tiked and they (bungie) fixed it. And now i can play the Game XD
