I’m pretty sure it’s bugged but I got the codes from the cabal but it’s not saying I read them. Any idea why? Do I need to reload the game?

final wish quest is the seasonal content, you don't get anything from cabal at all

unless you are talking about the exotic quest where you have acess codes from the edz
