Im not particularly great at pvp, obviously including trials. I'm a heavy solo player and I want to at least make it to the lighthouse once. Any tips?

to add, i also really dont know the right loadout for me. I get cooked by everybody else regardless if its a different weapon or the same im using. I tend to switch between weapons like every round to see what works
