Whats the fastes way to earn these medals?

look at which ones you could do fastest
personally i go for the dungeon ones, since you can usually complete them in one quick dungeon run
or you can farm it out in grasp entrance or shuro chi with kills
i know its called platinum contender raids, but you can do them in dungeons, too

idk, maby there are some guides, but there is nothing ingame where you can see which is fastest, that would be trial and error
