anyway, to answer your actual question, there is a lot of good guns from anywhere in the game, since there is a niche use case for almost any type of gun, but mainly there is a lot
of loot that is craftable with enchancable perks from raids, which does help them perform over most other weapons, so crafting weapons from raids will normally provide you with the best weapons
