i know weeklies can't be obtained with three of the same character but can I do the campaign of neomuna on warlocks again or do I have t o make a titan and hunter for them?

Heroic patrols are your best bet. Keep reloading the patrol zones in hopes of seeing a gold one. then do that and repeat
