Winners focus activities come from playing whatever focus is current
so like if nightfall is the focus play that and whoever wins after the times up gets the package like for instance, hunters been winning but today titans won so maybe warlocks might win

Play the Focus Activity on whichever class you want to pledge to. The first time you do the Focus Activity you'll pledge to that class
