I used a deep sight harmonizer on my defiance of yasmine now it’s saying deep sight activation is not available after using one for it.

Harmonizers are Once PER weapon and only give PROGRESS not entire patterns. So for example if you have Zaouli's Bane at 2/5...
...using a Harmonizer on an extra Zaouli will get you to 3/5 not give you the entire pattern.
And like I said it's once per item. So you can't use two harmonizers on the same Zaouli's to from 2/5 > 4/5...
You'd have to have two different drops and use 1 harmonizer on each
