As the title displays i dont know what weapons are meta/good for both pvp and pve, any help is appreciated

Rockets are the Go-to in PvE right now, specifically Apex Predator from Last Wish & Crux Termination IV from World Drops
Linear Fusions still have some use when rockets will miss more often than hit on smaller bosses

do you think using riven's wish shards to get crafted apex is worth?

I'd use them on Mementos for crafted weapons because the current LW farm (Kalli) takes 45s to kill her and you just reload the raid as soon as she dies and you spawn in the same room

oh i didnt know that, can i just hop into a farm or do i need to do something specific for it

One person just applies a Damage-Over-Time effect to her as soon as her shield goes down and she attempts to teleport. Another person stands on a plate to bait her towards it then...
...when she teleports to the plate, damage until she runs out of health

Yeah it really just requires two people, the rest (other 4) are just there for damage.
