I don’t use discord often so I’m seeing LFG posts say join “matt#6543” what does this mean and what do I do with this info?

that's the digits you need to be able to join someone ingame

if you open your roster ingame and look at ur emblem/name you see your nickname + the #0000 and that's what you need to list in a post
