yeah so my message got deleted but basically what you want is apex, scatter signal heritage, succession, merciless, one two punch shot gun, forbearance, cataclysmic or a good linear/whisper of the worm and tractor cannon
of course there’s many different weapons that could be included but these are great to start with
since theyre a returning player i take the assumption that they have many of the exotics etc. that’s why they weren’t included

Twilight oath has highest dps sure but its also the only one of the three main dps snipers that doesn't have an ammo regen perk, meaning lower total damage
And its only better if you spam shoot it which who the heck is gonna do that in a rotation
