Not really, if it's a weapon that seems like fun to you, craft it and try it out for yourself, but if hand cannons I'm pve don't really compare to things like smgs and wave frame gls

If you do want to use a hand cannon in pve tho, definitely go for zaouli's bane

but yeah for master tier content sunshot is slightly more useful (then non master content sunshot) , execpt gms where it does very little compared to more valuable exotic specials

but the problem is it just doesnt offer any utility that a exotic kinetic special offers
