I will agree on this. bait and switch rockets (even surrounded if procced for every time damage is done) will do more than whisper.

However, 90% of the time, people are not able to unload 9+ rockets into him (per phase) which reduces the total damage. Whisper is easier to use in the sense you can easily get off 23 shots on oryx.

For some reason people can't....idk why, but it's a thing

The margin of DMG between that rotation of apex and whispher can be upwards of 500k (from what I seen)

Assuming that the rocket user unloads all their rockets on boss then gets a near full or full 9 rockets for next phase

when 1 phasing w rockets i dont even use all my rockets before final stand
