how do i get matador. i have done 40 ogres straight and its just. cloaks and boots. plz boost the drop rate or something.

you also have to unlock it first to be able to get it to drop. so if you've never gotten it to drop, run the dungeon 3x and wait for it to be featured

you don't need to repeat the encounter if it's not featured, you won't get a new drop
