So I understand how the aspects and fragments work but I feel like Im not doing enough damage in PvP or PVE Situations. Any tips?

what isnt doing enough damage? your guns? your abilities? and what are you expecting that the build isnt doing

I think its more gun wise than anything. When i get into PVP situations i do little damage meanwhile it feels like im dying in 2-3 shots

Well in normal crucible (everything except trials) lightlevel is disabled so everyone does the same damage. I recommend u look into meta guns and try using those

also if youre using guns with limited range (like everything except bow, pulse and scout) try staying in their respective ranges

you cant be shooting someone with a sidearm from 100m away and expect it to kill
