Whispering Slab from Banshee already has 500 default with no MW investment, and the MW stat is draw time.

lowest drawspeed is elastic string lightweight bow with a drawtime MW and archers tempo

#

archers tempo reduces draw speed by 25% so the drawtime would be 375ms when proced

#

the masterwork wont do anything if you upgrade it
