help with shadow keep seal

(SOLVED) since someone deleted my message posting again im trying to get moon rider one for the seal but i cant get the memory quests needed for the sparrow does anyone know how to get the quests?

You get the opportunity to do the next one each reset after the prior, and of course requires Shadowkeep completion on that character.
