Damage isn't an issue, I don't mind playing patient, I don't struggle with corruption, just the constant blight and ad spam during damage

As a tip, blights (appear to) only respawn when killed, so before you even summon captains to get your Totems,
Kill the blights until they respawn in good spots, ideally at the back of whichever floor you're on
For adds, there's not a lot than can be done about them since their splitting Psions other than weapons with explosive shots
