#FARMING ENDGAME/HIGH TIER (HIGH STATS Raid) Armor/Gear
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
The seasonal armor vendors oddly enough
so not farming raid gear for the additional mod?
You could if you had specific use cases
But for general use, seasonal vendor armor is so cheap, accessible, and abundant that it's almost not worth it. Unless, like I said, you had specific uses
hmm now i gotta figure out how to continue doing seasonal quests for this season
i always become so lost when i return and there is a new season with new stuff
With this expansion season you really just need to play the game to get seasonal engrams
Which are used at the associated vendor to purchase rewards, including the armor sets and individual pieces
would you be interrested in joining me in vc and elaborating a bit?
I can't right now sadly, I'm at work and my break is about to end
Hopefully someone else could add on where I left off
i sure hope so 🙂
But also check the seasonal vendor for focusing and extra engram drop source upgrades
Especially for this season as those engrams are more favored to drop
You'd want artifice bond and seasonal vendor armor
stats dont matter
wdym? XD
you have so much ability regeneration from all sources usually that you dont need those super high stat builds
i run 100 resil 70 disci as my main build and i never missed any of my low stats
triple/quad hundreds in just a mostly useless gimmick
get high resilience and okay discipline/strength for pve and youll be set, no need for 68 stat armour
well i run Hunter mainly and mainly do PVP and hard content
im not particularely looking for triple 100's , just the source of farming for the armor stats i am looking for
i already got several 90 pieces from hard farming the solstice event last time it went
but they are not the stats i am looking for
i didnt read everything in this thread, so others probably already mentioned it, but seasonal vendors drop easy high stats if you have the upgrade,
plus if you are really desperate for quick armour, and pit is in rotation, final boss drops good stuff
also, what do you consider "hard" content?
lost sectors and nightfalls
this season its very easy, as the seasonal challenge kinda thingy to unlock focusing already unlocks high stats aswell
just requires you to get some of the armour for one char
aaahhh yeeee i remember now
Neither of those benefit from any stat but res
Recovery instead of res if your not lazy
yeah my current gear gives me recovery
i need to grind an activity that gives exotics, aswell as the armors
cause at the moment i am sitting at 49 mobility 58 resil 90 recovery 70 disc 67 int 28 str
so 2 of my gear pieces are abit unbalanced
if you have a bunch of armour just use d2armorpicker
ooooh
and then i can like type in my perferred stats, and it show's me wich one is the most usable for my needs?
you can set it to assume masterworked, and itll give you possible stats for any exotic you want you can select how many points you want in a specific stat, too
itll tell you what stat mods you need to achive it and you can also select subclass fragments that change stats
itll also tell you the exact cooldowns of abilities based on the tier of stat you have for it
you can also tell it to reduce wasted stats, so that it shaves off those nasty 9 8 7 and 8 stats wasted in your current setup
its just overall a great tool to make stat builds if you need them
you can also copy a link for the armour pieces into DIM to highlight you the armourpieces in your vault/inventory to find them easier
or you can apply them directly through d2armourpicker, but that sometimes bugs a little
Only stat that seriously matters is disc and mobil
In pve
Resil and rcv if you're bad enough that you need to have that extra survivability
Strength is incredibly niche even in most melee focused builds, I've never seen anyone actually mod for strength because ability interactions and fragments just feed you melee energy
Intellect is also niche since you never actually need to have high uptime on your super and even then, t10 intellect won't reduce your super CD enough to make it a worthy investment
In pvp tho, rcv and intellect are actually hella useful
Back to pve tho, disc is really good bc having high uptime on nades is insane, and mobil, imo, is important for making specific jumps and if you're newer they can help you make jumping more forgiving
So really, disc is the only necessary high stat
