A minimum of 3000 hours is needed to be "Good" at the game. After that there are even still divisions of skill.

I don't teach people because they are "bad" it's bc they share the same intelligence with a rock.

if you have a consistent group to get you into the game you can be ready to do anything after like 250 hours

if you are a gamer already and are self taught you can still get good within like 400 hours, if you try you can get good very easily

just depends on how willing you are to try new stuffs and make efforts to improve consistently
