okay, so you go to the tower, talk to banshee, buy out his entire stock, that will give you a secret quest to unlock it

after some kill and activity grinding youll get the option to do so

dont forget to activate it in garden of slavation. there's a portal after you beat the harpy boss. go through that (only new players can, as most already have done it) and activate the lever

the portal is buggy tho so try sprinting through it

You also have to put in the Konami code while you’re going through the portal or else it will bug out the quest

then another portal appears that takes you to the xylar the timless boss for a secret exotic weapon

Then you need to get 450 kills with it to then go and get divinity. Repeat this cycle twice then you need to do a master crota's end solo

I’ve found that going back and forth through the portal until it sends you in works better than sprinting through
