If you got to Rank 100 you can, like F3lxi said, claim what you earned.
Say if you only got to 90 on the pass
You cannot then claim the rewards from 91-100
Only 90 and below.
This is mostly because purchasing the pass doesn't entitle you to its rewards, it only allows you to earn them through the time sink unfortunately
Like I said though, you can only claim up to your season level for that season and not beyond it.
