Would someone mind assisting me with this issue?

Seems I'm unable to post the reference link to the bungie help thread.

Issue: Toil and Trouble won't complete. I've already done the Way of the Witch quest. However, the game does not register as such.

I contacted the Bungie Help forums, and one of the mods suggested I reach out to someone who hasn't done the Way of the Witch quest in order to finish it with them.

The idea is that by doing it again on my Titan, I should be able to progress through the Toil and Trouble quest, and gain access to the rest of the Season of the Witch content.

#

I can verify I do have access on my Warlock and Hunter.

So, would someone be open to helping me run Way of the Witch again, and see if that fixes the questline on my Titan?

This could be a couple things but have you tried abandoning and reacquiring the quest?

  • Per a prominent thread from Reddit, tried the solutions suggested [failed]

  • Tested portal access on my alt (Hunter), confirmed to have access on alt, returned to Titan [failed
#
  • Closed out of Destiny for six hours, returned [failed]

  • Archived Toil and Trouble, reacquired it, then ran Savathun's Spire [failed

Solution: Join a teammate who hasn't completed Way of the Witch, and finish the mission on their run.
