Unveiled is a very.... badly guided quest. In order to start the quest you need to complete deterministic chaos quest
If you've already completed lightfall campaign then,
Complete "Unfinished Business" exotic quest to get deterministic chaos
Acquire "Parting the Veil" quest from nimbus
Enter Veil Containment and complete the quest
Acquire Unveiled quest from nimbus
Enter Veil Containment again and listen to the audio recording on the tv screen at the very start of the mission (you don't need to run through it again)
Pick up your new strand aspects from pouka pond (I'm assuming this is your goal)
