was making a new character and for some reason I probably have done step 1 of into the abyss before because it's in the abandoned quests tab but the thing is that I can't go back to step 1 to actually unlock the subclass

am I locked out of void forever because I can't just reset the quest back to step 1

so you can pick it up out of the quest kiosk but you can't progress?
