Does anyone know if the perk saying wearing the season of the wish armor increases chance for said perk work with just wearing season of the wish ornaments? i know iron banner.

I think you'll need to wear the actual armor. wearing ib ornaments will give you the rep gain increase, but it doesn't give you the enhancement prism chance that the actual armor does.
