lightgg has a page but what they say is good or not should be decided by you

DIM on ur browser has something like that, access to ur characters and vault inv, perks that are popular\good have a 👍 on them

you can also move stuff around with it and search for items with filters

Yeah, Light.gg does have a tool that judges what you have based on popularity. And hooks into your account and all.
