Lost sector's drop them. But only on specific days, and it's in a group of 4 weapons, so not efficiently but still available
Legend is 70% chance
Master being 100% chance

Heliocentric is in the group with Last Foray and battle scar. That is group 3 which is active today

Groups change on a daily basis, on daily reset
