How can i get the starcat of Chiasmus if i complete the quest?

I’m in the same boat. I’ve read it is in the Riven’s Layer/Coil rotation but I haven’t had it drop once.

Coils rotate every week, you can check "The Pathways" modifier on Coils to see if the area you need is available the week you decide to do it.

If you don't get it from the mission(s), every cat can be gotten from normal Coil runs, just gotta run it when the area you need is up via method above ^^
