Strand meditations

I really want to use my titans strand abilities however i have very few strand meditations and i want to know what the best and most efficient way of getting them will be.

neomuna patrols, bounties (vendor rank ups), vex incursions and terminal overload

Do patrols they award 8 also they are these strand areas ib certains areas like small black lines idk which give 25 each

terminal overloads are great for them too (75 for each)

Oh I didn’t know I have only been seeing one or two dropping from ability kills
