A chill clip fusion can stun overloads and unstops, unless it’s radiant in which case it can’t (but it can now stun barrier champs)

If the artifact is unstop fusion then it can stun unstops but not barriers even if you’re radiant, and can’t stun overloads unless hip-fired since then unstop fusion doesn’t proc

it has come up as a topic before. weird interactions, but that's how it just worked for me
