Kinda dont wanna do starcrossed on legend 4 times, which catalyst should i go for?

I like the suspend time more than anything

that's what I'm using the bow for (if at all) and suspend is nerfed so why not revert it and make it as good as it used to be

i dont remember if you're able to accept all 4 quests at once but 2 of them are dreaming city and 2 are in the legend starcrossed.
if you have them all on the starcrossed step you only have to run it once 🙂
EDIT: i know i had 3 quests at once at the "Complete Legend Starcrossed" step and it counted for all 3 of them at once - i just dont remember if i picked them up on different chars or not
