Contraverse, Necrotic, Starfire, Phoenix, Swarmers
Cenotaph as well in things like gms that thing is nuts
aeons too, cenotaph is just long range aeons
Sunbracers
also wdym by "lack of weaponary" ?
sunbracers and sunshot n boom ur invincible
phoenix protocol, wisher ender. profit. ur welcome.
Ceno is much safer to run in high content but ye + it allows you to be the DIV for champs and bosses if needed
Like I have most exotics but like no variety when it comes to legendaries
I tried that but I can never find opportunities to activate them
fair, my gm build rn is dawn chorus n polaris and it’s absolutely insane
did u see my reply!
Sunbracers are like the only viable “grenade” build rn
What if I said that Wish-Ender is a part of my "lack of weaponry"?
get it, takes an hour unless u lack the dlc
I dunno what to do
youtube is available my friend
Phoenix protocol and polaris lance, very good in GMs
you want a healing build that can basically keep you alive forever (assuming you don't aren't reckless in like GM and Master content.... if you are, this ain't saving ya.)
Sunshot or something that was incandecent reliabaliy and fast (weapon) + healing gernade + heat rises (aspect) + verity brow = restoration x2 healing nades
Aspect: Touch of Flame + Heat Rises (Can remove if you want mobility but no resto 2x), Gernade: Healing, Other abilties are up to you
Aspect: Ember of Ashes (or torches if you need raidant), Ember of Benevolance, Ember of Empyeran (extents radiant and restoration effects upon SOLAR weapon kills >:D), Ember of Singeing
That's the first time I've seen mention of Verity's Brow in a while
Fusion gernade atheon
The what?
Some teams will have several people run verity to spam fusion gernades
Verity has two effects, increase the personal damage of a gernade + increasing the gernade regen of people in a certain radius around you by a crap ton
You have at least 2 verity brow user and you can therefore spam any gernade and fusions now hit for roughly 270k for the people who use it (assuming 5x / max stack of death throne)
@north osprey
Gernade regen buff doesn't apply to you so you need two to have max effective. You also needs ads to kill
I wil take note of this
btw this build is highly impracticle in lfgs since people can't really get their heads together to get a common exotic on
best build for GMs on warlock rn i'd say phoenix for well or dawn chorus for dawnblade
polaris lance is arguably best weapon for stuff like GMs
esp this season since it does barrier and unstop in one
and stupid damage with ignition
High end pve can relate to two things.
If gm: cenotaph, aeons, starfire, phoenix protocol (and solar for well obviously). If you dont like solar, osmiomancy + stasis is your best bet
If raids/dungeons: sunbracers/starfire (solar), fallen sunstar/vesper (arc), controverse (void), necrotic grip (strand), lunafactions (only use when entering a dps phase and you're using well), ophidians/rain of fire (only use these during dps)
Most of the ones that work in raids work for most content outside of gms (and some even in gms, just not as well as others)
Aside from these there are two more exotics i would like to mention:
Karnsteins: good for survivability on subclasses that lack powerful healing, like arc, strand or stasis, especially post buff
Verity's brow: this one takes intricate knowledge of the exotic and what it does for it to work well. Yes you can use it as a roaming exotic similar to sunbracers or starfire, but its not the best when used as such
When used properly, it can enhance dps scenarios massively, not only for you, but for everyone on your team. Its also the absolute best exotic to run on atheon cause of the ability regen during dps
I would recommend watching aegis' video on verity's brow if you are interested. It works best in coordinated teams and with another verity's brow warlock though so be aware of that.
Shh
I put all the most important info at the front anyway so
"Verity's brow: this one takes intricate knowledge of the exotic and what it does for it to work well. Yes you can use it a roaming exotic"
🤓
I said shhh
🥸
Tl:dr:
Gms: cenotaph, aeons, starfire, phoenix protocol, osmiomancy
Raids/dungeons: sunbracers/starfire, fallen sunstar/vesper, contraverse, necrotic grip
Damage: lunafactions, ophidians/rain of fire
Karnsteins for extra survivability if needed, verity's very good but hard to use (and best with 2nd verity's user)
Watch aegis' vid on verity's for more info on how/when to use it
Contraverse ❤️
I’d say most people I’ve seen are still using well with Dawn Chorus in GMs this season. They’re just using it simply to juice Polaris and not worried about missing out on the dawnblade benefits wildly enough
these players are goobers
Starfire?
starfire is still good, anyone who says its not has clearly not used it post nerf
What does it do thats diferent or better then other exotics for lock
2 fusion nade charges. 1 grenade kill = rift
pair this with healing rift and benevolence, you have ability regen for days
without having to get close to enemies at all
Interesting
also, getting kills while in well gives you grenade energy just like pre nerf starfire with witherhoard ticks
which is good when youre bunkering up in a spot for a long time in like a gm
since you can just spam fusion nades everywhere
as long as youre getting kills
For GMs, cenotaph and either Polaris lance or wishender (I prefer wishender for the super gain) is incredibly stupid assuming your teammates take advantage of it
Having 1 rocket per champ (2 with scavengers) is insane
thats a wild assumption
pheonix is also increadibly op rn as with 1 pheonix and one ceno its inf wells
Also very true
I read it and it was useful info
It seems like Phoenix Protocol might be the play for me since I like being a supporty, healy, no dying-y type of guy
But all of the other suggestions in this thread so far have been taken into consideration and noted whenever I wanna not be a heal bot. Appreciate all of this knowledge being bestowed upon my ignorant brain.
I want to get boots of the assembler and pair it with lumina
But that would require me playing warlock
i use this often its fun
isn't it barrier and unstop always?
assuming you use it with solar
nah doesnt proc radiant automically like that normally
flint striker from the artifact gives it constant radiant uptime, but u can still get radiant from ember of torches and well
oh right i wasn't considering artifact
What mods?
