How the hell do I do today's legend lost sector?

I have an auto rifle for the overloads (which barely does anything anyway) and I'm running dawnblade for anti-barrier with the artifact mods.

My issue lies in the wyverns that are borderline impossible to kill without dying yourself, the overloads regenerating health immediately after unstunning, and sunshot not stunning the barriers while I'm radiant.

Also, what's the best way to get ascendant shards?

The best way to get it is from I think is exotic engrams not lost sectors
