It seems like its a random chance to get insight

Probably just unlucky. Id suggest using skyburner’s oath because it says defeating scorched combatants grants an increased chance

(Also remember to hipfire if ur using skyburner’s oath)

Have you completed it on another character?

Because apparently its an account wide quest so once you dun it on 1 its completed on the others

#

So it wont progress

#

Maybe delete it and reacquire it

#

Or use another character to complete it

#

It’ll either be the table or the quest kiosk next to the postmaster in the tower
