Does mobility effect how fast you can move with guns/ while firing or should I keep at 19

0/100/80/100 is pretty much optimal for every titan build. obviously triple 100 would be better

dealing damage and collecting orbs gives you more super than any intellect stat could

if we do the same damage, and you have 100 int while i have 0 int you'll get your super like 10s before me
