Looking to make a stasis warlock build (finally) and would like some advice on where to start. Any good exotic armor or weapons I should be on the hunt for? What are the best aspects and fragments and why?

Osmiomancy gloves are the only good exotic to pair with warlock

maybe eye of another world

read the description of the fragments and try choosing those, that benefit your build with whatever you want to do

sometimes you can even incorporate their stat bonuses

would verglas curve or salvation's grip be better?

wouldn't recommend salvatations grip as it's wasting an exotic slot and also isn't that great

verglass works, but stuff like aegers scepter is also good

especially in easier content

don't necessarily need a stasis gun to pair with a stasis subclass. sometimes addclear potential is more viable

or healing with perks like unrelenting (stasis has bad survivability)

Personally I wouldn't use Salvations Grip as a utility in the heavy slot. Verglas or Agers would work better. Or any Stasis weapon using the perk "Headstone" to take advantage of the crystals you're gonna be generating.

what are some good things to roll headstone on if I'm gonna be using verglas curve? I've always like bows

you could go for Riptide, crucible fusion rifle, if you wanna keep Trinity Ghoul

yeah wasting a gun AND a perk to make a subclass better isn't a great idea imo

like any weapon honestly works fine, you'll get enough out of yiur subclass

perks like Demolitionist or wellspring have more of an impact than your stasis special weapon

you don't wanna overkill your build. Like have a nice medium where you can be useful in most scenarios rather excel in one playstyle

but realtalk, anything outside of GM's doesn't require any certain gun. you can literally run whatever you enjoy. in GM's I would recommend the best/meta weapons no matter the subclass

I'm also used to using weapons of the same element as my subclass because I run nezarec's sin on my voidwalker and all the solar things on sunsinger

I enjoy theoretical buildcrafting and then grinding to get the things I need for it

rn I mostly need glimmer so I can get all the fragments

I've never said those three words

Yeah I'm used to just grinding public events in the edz

I completely understand you. I used to be rich on everything but glimmer before all the changes.

Also if you have the Rainmaker consumable, you can dismantle for 3k each.
