Apex Predator is the current best overall source of weapon damage in the game. I'd grind for it once Last Wish is on rotation.

Scatter Signal is also the current best Fusion Rifle for the Kinetic Slot, and well worth getting a good roll of.

As for easy to get? If you need some decent legendary weapons right away, you can focus engrams at Banshee-44.

The foundry choices available rotate each day, and some of them are good mid-tier choices until you get something better.

More importantly, you can directly focus weapons at Banshee instead of relying on luck to get the weapon you want.

Just think of him as your local gun store, with weapons from other activities as collector pieces.

Controlled Burst is a must-have, third column is more flexible. I use Enlightened Action, as you can get the reload/charge time fast enough to preserve between mags.

You have to manually time the reload just right to keep Controlled Burst active, though.

Recon precision is fun but this is the season of solar

Precision Instrument is like Target Lock in that if you miss you instantly lose a 30% dmg buff.

So it has the ability to be good...as long as you hit your shots and get precision x6

IMO it is harder/takes longer to proc than BnS and Surr so it's not super worth it with that roll
