Legend unlocks after you complete the Lost Sector if that LS is the daily LLS.

You can't find the flag? Probably because the Lost Sector you're doing isn't the daily one.

It rotates every 24 hours and only one LS is available to do on Legend/Master

Yeah, also i would suggest against even attempting legend LS until your 1800 cuz ur just gon get railed
