Ive been hearing people having issues so yeah try that
But the all helmet thing is rng

you can only get what you already have on repeated clears, so if you are missing the armour apart from the helmet you wont be able to get it

however when i started running the master mode all i had unlocked was the helmet
so im suspecting that it goes off what you already had unlocked

Every dungeon apart from WR (I think?) goes off what you've unlocked. If you've only gotten an Artifice Helmet you'll only get Artifice Helmet
