Does anyone know how much Reload Speed the 'Flow State' Aspect gives to Hunter?

It feels like it gives 50 but I can't find anything online so thought I'd see if anyone here knows.

I don't believe it is a number as usually the numbers don't stack on maxed weapons

I give up I found nothing on the internet
