Powerful or Pinnacle Challenges??

I just hit power level 1800 but my gear level is still at 1790, should i keep doing powerful challenges to get my gear up to 1800 or should i just start doing pinnacles? ty

after you hit 1800 you have to switch from the powerful to pinnacles if you want higher than 1800 (1804 example) to give you the last 10 levels you need to reach 1810.
