how to get +0 power level drops

i was watching a guide on how to increase your power level efficiently and they mentioned something about +0 power drops but im still not sure on how/where to get them

There is a website called Destiny utilities or something that allows you to see what pins and powerful weapons you can get

its when some of your gear is +2 or 3+ above your average you wanna even out the gear level by getting +0 drops. When it's even, you want to get your next pinnacle drop that is >+2 and then repeat the process

+0 drops happen after a completion of any activity, so just speedrun strikes with prosperity

i’d just say do ur powerful 1 - 2 - 3 and then move on to pinnacle rewards after. i only ever just did pinnacle stuff because it jumps the light level on ur armor by a lot
