Not really as people don't really farm those engrams but I guess the seasonal activities or on kalli week farming kalli

Helm is indeed the fastest way to get triple hundreds
Just keep playing the game and focus with the right ghost stat and keep spikes and use d2 armor picker

coil drops a ton of THIS season's engrams but idk if they have higher armor rolls than usual

Most seasons have a seasonal buff that grants increased engrams from that seasons activity.
