will i only lose quests if i delete a character and make a new one

i think you lose your strand fragments but im not too sure about that

but other then that to my knowledge yeah you just lose quests (includes dlc story missions)

You lose story progress (on the new character) Quest progress (excluding account wide quests like Catalysts)

Subclass Fragments + Aspects (all of them, including Strand and Stasis) and any armor and weapons currently stored on that character

In regards to Strand, yes that does mean you will need to build up Strand Meditations to buy your aspects and fragments again

stasis fragments dont stay? im pretty sure ive had them universaly unlocked even after deleting characters

I've had to buy them again since you can get them with glimmer now instead of the other system they were using
