is it better to farm exotic engrams from legend lost sectors solo or gm nightfalls?

lost sectors only drop the specific armour pieces and so do nightfalls i think, you just need to get lucky with world drops or xur engrams

js get lucky w world drops and farm vanguard if u havent for the three exotics engrams/week

other than that just play the game normally as you would and hope one of the exotics engrams that drops has sunshot
