I think your overlooking the fact that env bipod has 7 rockets in the mag

if you want an easy way to do damage if you have a good roll for crux you can use that but you can also run dbreath but you need to use it properly i recommend watching aegis video on his breakdown of his dbreath testing

downside is that if youre on a fireteam only one person can use dbreath
